No es una traduccion facil porque cuadro en medicina es conjunto de sintomas que caracterizan una enfermedad... y un conjunto de sintomas asintomatico pues no es facil de imaginar. En este caso yo creo que la mejor traduccion seria la de enfermedad o proceso asintomatico.
