ashlar granite masonry

My comment:

"Sillería" is defined by the Larousse Gran Diccionario as "ashlar". The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines "ashlar" as "hewn or squared stone".

My references:

Webster's New World International Spanish dictionary also defines "sillería" as "ashlar".

plain granite-cut walls

My comment:

silleria refers to the cut of stone or diamons rather than the seatings. Hope it helps!

with granite seating/choir stalls

My comment:

Of course, it depends on exactly what kind of building they are taling about. In the case of "choir stalls," it would, of course, be a church.
