The question seems to be what a PRESS-ON actually is. It is NOT a "snap on" tire or other thoughts inherent in some suggestions. It is a tire tough enough that a WEIGHT, a LOAD is being "pressed onto" the tire. A regular car tire would break (explode) if used on a fork lift - due to the pressure exerted on the tire. Thus these tires are (usually, but not always) made of solid rubber.
There is no context so I do not know which KIND of tire is referred to (for the different types of tires for a fork lift see the link below).
