In diesem Kontext (Praktikum im Kindergarten, würde work experience wohl am besten passen. Den Ausdruck Work Experience Certificate gibt es als solchen, siehe Website des National Councils for Work experience

Alexandra, depending what kind of "Praktikum" it is you may want to call it a traineeship, internship or apprenticeship and depending on how "official" it is it may be merely a confirmation, attestation or a certificate.
