C�est une abr�viation sp�cifique aux Arts & M�tiers,
ENSAM is a multi-campus institution; one gets assigned to one of them.

My comment:

For CER, didn't find any institution called "Centre d'expertise r�gional", it could also be "Centre Europ�en des R�gions" or "Centre d'Education Routi�re", I would need more context to know that..
