"bis" would suggest "up to"... die Absaugtutzen. In other words, they're NOT included. If these were included in the "Lieferumfang" I would expect the text to read "mit" or "inklusief" or somesuch.

Hard to say with so little context, but that would be my guess.

Since the machine you are dealing with is not known, but to answer to your question - i would say the shipment does not include the connecters (whatever type of connector that is).
