is usualy used in Maths, however for It use it might have to do with 2 things when creating tabs on a web site and you are trying rounding the tabs and here probably for promotinal use could be meaning COMPLETO
doing something that provides a clear or satisfactory conclusion to it

Em termos técnicos, a tradução é literal. Porem, como falo Português Brasileiro, pode ser também que a tradução da palavra para Português de Portugal seja vector.
