"Landgericht" KANN auch stimmen, aber erstinstanzliches Gericht is IMMER richtig.

The steps of German local/land (not federal) courts are: (lowest) Amtsgericht, (middle) Landgericht, (highest) Oberlandesgericht etc.

I have studied also law in Germany besides Medicine in Hungary before 30 years and I am authorized as a translator of juridical and economical languages by the Landgericht of Passau, Lower Bavaria.
