Tricky!

My comment:

I don't think "schedule" in African English means the same as "schedule" in BE or AE. Check out this document and the usage of schedule:

http://www.nigeria-law.org/ConstitutionOfTheFederalRepublicOfNigeria.htm

I think you might be better of finding a good replacement word with a thesaurus for schedule in order to give a better translation.
Maybe in this context, schedule means something like "Agreement" (Vereinbarung), Form E - 1. Vereinbarung or "Provision" (Bestimmung), Form E - 1. Bestimmung.

This online Thesaurus is great, I use it quite a bit when I need a better word, check it out:

http://thesaurus.com/browse/schedules

Hope this helps you a bit. If worse comes to worst, I'd call that office in Nigeria with Skype and see if they can't explain it to you. It's hard to translate something that doesn't make any sense.
I hope you will find a good solution! Good luck :-)!

Zertifikat vormals geschlosseren Ehen?

My comment:

Could it refer to any previous marriage? Do you have any other supporting material?
