anti-inflammatory (preparation)

My comment:

This is only a wild guess, and based on the second element in the word: "flogo". If "flogosi" is another way of saying inflammation, then "flogo" may be cognate. However, I can find no entry for the term in my Devoto Oli which is a pretty comprehensive monolingual Italian dictionary. It would seem reasonable to me for an anti-inflammatory gel or paste to be applied to a soft tissue area which has been involved in taking an imprint. I can't find "decis" either. What does this mean? Could the letters "cira" be a typo? Or could "ciraflogo" ("ceraflogo") be a specialist anatomical term? My Devoto Oli gives the word "cera" as possibly meaning a membrane related to the upper mandible in some birds. I can see why you have classified this as "difficult" ! Do you think some more context might be helpful?
