No hay una traducción literal, pero quiere decir que son mejores que el mejor. También se me ocurre que puedes decir:
"Lo mejor de lo mejor"
O dependiendo para dónde está destinada la traducción podras encontrar otros modismos dependiendo el país, por ejemplo:
España: "Somos la ostia" o " Somos lo mejor de mundo mundial"
En México: Somos la neta del planeta

No conozco un refrán o proverbio similar en inglés, pero la traducción que doy es la que me parece que se acerca más al sentido de la frase en inglés.

More context is necessary.
to rock a party means "animar una fiesta", but for translating the first part you need to know if the first party means another "fiesta" or a "partido", etc.
