My comment:

Names are not normally translated, except when they refer to foreign historical persons. Names have cognates and transliterations. Therefore I would suggest to leave it in German and just mention the cognate in English

Although, you can either translate or leave it in the original language according to these "style guide" articles:

It seems to me that this is a given name, therefore need not to be translated. :) I have not every seen a title put in between names.

actually if you want to be on the safe side, just have a look at the English Wikipedia website, because there you find your first suggestion, i.e. the one I quoted in the box.
