Definition incapacité:état d'une personne privée par la loi de la jouissance ou de l'exercice de certains droits .
Dans ce contexte il s'agit d' une Incapacité commerciale ( ou même professionnelle).
La "mesure d'incapacité" est le contenu de la "déclaration d' incapacité", car la mesure est le meilleur moyen de definir la portée réelle de la déclaration. Donc mesure d'incapacité revient au même que déclaration d'incapacité dans ce contexte.
