My comment:
A) Weighted Scales= measuring instrument for determining the weight or mass of an object.( Reference 1). To weight: pondérer (statistiques) (reference 1)
B) Close : "(n.) The conclusion of a strain of music; cadence. "( reference 2) Although I think that here the meaning is more like the conclusion from a variety of answers /options
C) There is a system called Weighted Scales Descriptor Scheme . This is a tool for representing scales and temperaments used in music pieces, in order to extend query-by-content possibilities in music databases, allowing information retrieval on scales and modes similarity criterions (reference 3)
Therefore I think " Weighted Scales Close" is a system of measurement that leads to automatic conclusions by taking into account all the answers to the different questions that you previously set out ( this would make sense as it help the buyer when he is undecided and finds it difficult to make decisions).
