My comment:

I like the first and third proposals, but NB Exhibit in this sense is American English - it has a different meaning in British English; and I feel that rendezvous is better suited to either romantic or military contexts (again in British English anyway) -
v Collins COBUILD dictionary:
A rendezvous is the place where you have arranged to meet someone, often secretly.
e.g. Their rendezvous would be the Penta Hotel at Heathrow Airport.
