restrizione di aqua

My comment:

It means in an super-elegant (therefore not understandandble) way not to drink so much water. The adaptation of the drunken quantity of water has to follow the diuresis (blood plasm filtering activity of the kidneys). The insensible losts of water mean e.g. the transpiration through the skin, - another huge (more square meters) apparatus of filtering activity, o as the lungs (respiration) do it e.g. if somebdy is drunken with alcohol or smells for acetone if exsiccated (not drinking water enough).

C'était le minmum que j'ai reçu des textes médicaux á traduiser, pendant que j'ai eu des textes techniques. C'est "merde" que l'inbdustrie de traduction est organisé et payé. Or?
