Keywords:

usually this means "trading value" in a financial context, but in a real estate context, does this mean "negotiation value"?? thx in advance

Starting point for negotiation... the purchase price would be the definitive agreed price, but 'se vendra a' wd suggest that that point has yet to be reached....
