I have been reflecting on this rendering for one week now. Dou you have a source Mr. Claude?

No, just my knowledge of the subject. The problem you have is a common one, because adjectives are normally placed before the noun in English, whereas it most frequently after the noun in French. You can get around the problem by changing the order of the adjectives as I did above.

Hi Bertrand, primo projet de norme is draft standards and secondly there is no comma missing. It refers to foreign norms that are used in other countries. So my problem is the rendering of nationales étrangères!

Hi Obia, there is no comma between nationales and etrangères as you say, but this comma seems to hve been omitted. To me a national standard may not be a foreign standard. Etrangères might rather apply to régionales and internationales. Drafting of national and foreign regional and international standards.
