Levels of income segments
Contributions are calculated according to "Tranches", TA standing for "tranche A". If somebody has enough income, then some of that income falls in "Tranche B" or "C", thus the TOT for total.

Based on what I saw when I googled AGFF TA, it may refer to "taux", in which case it may be referring to insurance rates.
