I guess that "part" is an abbreviation of "particulier". It refers to a non-corporate bank account or individual account or private account as opposed to business or corporation account

As you are jumping onto any mistake from your translator-fellows, I wish to correct any typo I may unwillingly introduce in my comments even those that result from a sudden and unwanted change of keyboard setting from French to English.
