Tests und test runs sind eigentlich das gleiche; also genügt "tests". Meine vorgeschlagene Version sollte nur genommen werden, wenn die Übersetzung möglichst wort- und satzgetreu sein muß.

prueba is a TEST. The word test does not exist in Spanish. Period. End of story.
So my advice is: ask the author or just leave it out.....
