Since I'm not sure exactly what the context is of the text, I'm not sure whether you want to translate "Sicherung" as "secure" or "safe." If the text is talking about employee safety, then it's obvious how you would translate "Sicherung." If the text is talking about keeping jobs then you would translate, "Sicherung" as "secure."

that's how I would translate it but if you want it less literal, I might say "Healthy workers ensure a safe working environment"
