Brenda, in any legal document in Spanish, what is expuesto just mean what is set forth, in English, by saying the foregoing, one knows that that means what was set forth in the document. fundado con antelación means there are grounds for that divorce as given in the preceding text, what has been set forth. It's just: Given what is set forth above and based on the grounds set forth thereunder, but all that is too verbose so I boiled it down.
