More context would be useful, but 'renvoi' is used to refer the consumer to the location of the respective 'best before' and 'use by' dates on the wrapping.
I don't understand your reference to bracketing the abbreviations.

In that case I would put "Return policy for goods past their 'use by' date". There's no real English equivalent acronym for DLC and DLUO. DLC is generally given as BBE (best before end) on packaging, but to consumers it's always known as the 'Best before' date. DLUO is known as the 'Use by' date. If your TT is destined for consumers rather than the trade, this is certainly what I'd use.
