This would be the briefest translation without losing the original terminology. Other ways this could be translated:

-Vencimiento de pago de tarjeta
(Vencimiento-Expiration implies a date, hence, it could be a brief way of translating the sentence and still delivering the intended message)
-Fecha de vencimiento de pago de estado de cuenta (again, although the card isn't mentioned, payment on the statement implies that there's a monetary instrument involved -the card-.

It refers to the due date on the [monthly] card statement:

Fecha límite de pago indicada en el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta [de crédito]

So that reimbursements can occur before that date.
