I think you need to explain "súper" a little. Can't think of any one adjective that will do the job.

The phrase sounds easy at first but it raises several problems: first, how to translate super? Secondly programa cannot be translated by syllabus as the text does not deal with specific subjects during a school year but with the evolution of mankind. i thing it is programmed to evolve constantly.
