The German word for "aggregates" in a context of mining and building material is "Schüttgut" or "Zuschlagstoffe".

ohne mehr Kontext ist es schwer die richtige Antwort zu geben. "Aggregates "könnte der Plural con Aggregat sein, "mining" ist Bergbau, aber ob das einen Sinn in deinem Text ergibt? "aggregates" könnte auch ein Verb sein und bedeuten "hinzugefügt (wird) Bergbau" Hoffe, es hilft dir weiter
