I'm sorry, I can't remember what the song was about, (it dates back to the 1960's). But I think the only possible translation is "The Bicycles of Belsize". (Belsize Park is a district in London). You may find the words of the song on the Internet.

Since this is the name given to the song by its author, it should stay in French, although the song is sung in English. You could provide a translation in parentheses afterwards, such as "The Bicycles of Belsize", but it should be clear that this is not the actual title of the song.
