My comment:

Percibo en este brevísimo texto que el sentido es más bien positivo que negativo. Discrepo con quienes sugieren alguna variante del verbo "politiquear" porque posee una connotación negativa. Hacer "política" en una empresa, entre los empleados, es hacer trabajo de corrillos. Es lo que cvonocemos por "politiquería". que no es lo mismo que "politizar", en sentido positivo.
