Swabian = Schw�bisch en allemand et donc 'Souabe' en fran�ais.

La Souabe est une r�gion du sud de l'Allemagne, � l'ouest de Munich. Ses habitants sont appel�s les Souabes et ils parlent un esp�ce de dialecte r�gional : le souabe. Ex : � Ulm et � Augsburg, on parle le souabe.

I don't know the French for closely, strongly, but I can tell that the Swabs are a people who are strong headed and very difficult to please
