Context:

Vous êtes susceptible d'engager votre responsabilité à raison du risque d'atteinte à la sécurité de la manifestation sportive que vous créez en méconnaissant les règles de sectorisation des tribunes.

Having trouble with sectorisation as I gather that tribunes means "stadiums" or something to that effect. Sports stadium sectoring rules???
