Pensez vos tarifs : soit vous basez votre tarif sur le temps que vous allez réellement passer chaque mois multiplié par votre tarif horaire divisé par le nombre de participants, soit vous faites un forfait mensuel, soit vous basez votre tarif sur la valeur ajoutée que vous estimez apporter (souvent utilisé par les gourous d’internet).

I prefer the first suggestion. I assume you will use 'either' in the first part though 'either' can also be left out in the first part and you can still start with 'or'

When it comes to monthly payment of say services normally three options are made available to customers. Either it's a pay as you go, a flat monthly payment determined in advance, or an ordinary payment, the amount of which is determined only at the end of the month. In the question submitted, I think it conveys the idea of a monthly flat rate which is determined in advance and remains constant.

When you pay a certain amount, say Eur 20, a communication company may allow you to make tariff free calls for 30 days. In that case, you maybe said to have subscribed for a monthly tariff plan, as oppose to a pay as you go kind of tariff plan
