Le droit au congé se prescrit par trois (3) ans à compter du jour de la cessation du travail. Le personnel contractuel doit être capable de prouver la non-jouissance de congés précédents.
Par conséquent, le supérieur doit délivrer, à sa demande, un certificat de non-jouissance de congé.

...and his/her superior must, upon request by the staff member, provide certification that such leave has not been taken
