My comment:

Je m'arrête: means that is worth "stopping at" in other words "worth considering." What is important here is to convey that only the last version of the wills is valid as someone mentioned earlier.

My comment:

"Je m'arrête" means here "je valide, je considère comme les seules valables". The verb confirm is synonymous with the French "homologuer" in this context.
