Context:

Une troisième solution était envisagée par la société X qui consisterait à exclure la société Y du contrat et à confier son rôle à la société Z qui pourrait faire appel à un autre cocontractant.

Le rapport mensuel de septembre faisait également état de la mise en stand-by de la passation des commandes ...en raison du scénario de « descopage » de la société Y proposé par la société X.

La fourniture de la garantie de performance a été suspendue compte tenu des discussions sur le « descopage ».

Es handelt sich wohl um einen umgangssprachlichen Begriff. Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, wie man ihn ins Deutsche bringt?
