Context:

Profit and Loss account-this is under Detail Compte de Résultat and there are the expenses: Frais déplacement, frais missions, frais affranchissement then frais envol rouleaux. Thks.

I assume that they mean "envoi", not envol.

I agree. Shipping charges for whatever "rouleaux" are. They could be mailing tubes (rouleaux de transport) containing documents, posters, photos or something.
