Lucas sonrió sarcásticamente, y dijo como hablando consigo mismo:

Marta se le quedó mirando, aunque Jacinto movió la cabeza, comprendiendo que Lucas se refería a Penitente e Isagani.

I 'm wondering if the meaning of "dos puntos" is not the two of them are unpopular or it makes two points on the scoreboard (with the two of them)
