m.E. "unglücklich" formuliert, da "Dinkel" (épeautre) vier weitere Bezeichnungen kennt (les mots "Fesen, Vesen, Spelz, Schwabenkorn" sont synonymes de l'épeautre en tant que "céréale" mais ils ne désignent pas explicitement ou en détail ses graines) :
