Si se trata del sector alimentario, se diría "alimentos selectos" o "delicatessen" (palabra que también se usa en castellano); en cualquier otro caso, se diría "artículos/productos de lujo".

"Upmarket" refers here to the kind of goods that the grocer is selling, i.e. he/she sells expensive goods (obviously to whoever can pay for them).

Básicamente a lo que hacer referencia es al sector más selecto del mercado. Puedes usar la palabra "clientela" o "el sector más selecto", dependiendo de tu contexto.
La definición en inglés es: towards or relating to the more expensive or affluente sector of the market.

Vea lo que significa "upmarket":

Otra definición:

adjective, adverb (MAINLY US upscale)
describes goods and products that are of very high quality and intended to be bought by people who are quite rich:
- an upmarket brand name
- Many garment exporters want to move upmarket.
