sales promoter

My comment:

Or, sales pusher.
The term 'driver' need not be literal.

delivery man (woman) or, if it's ice, "ice man", milk, "milk man",etc

My comment:

That's the way we say it here in California. I'm a native english speaker.

sales driver

My comment:

Falls die Ware schon vorher bestellt wurde und der Verkaufsfahrer sie nur liefert ist die richtige Antwort delivery man. Wenn er sie allerdings erst auf seiner Tour anpreist und verkauft, dann ist er ein sales driver.

delivery man

My comment:

In the UK, the delivery man for milk is the milk man (or milkie), but he only delivers milk, eggs, juices, dairy products. I still reckon that "delivery man" or "delivery driver" is more suitable than any compound containing "sales" as the Verkaufsfahrer doesn't actually transact the selling. He merely delivers.

Beauty! Delivery man definitely because it concerns Bofrost and Eismann. An importer/provider of goods seems less likely than delivery man in this case.
