I recently translated a contract for the sale of a home from English to Spanish. The contract was called a "purchase agreement".

es un contrato privado que sirve para transferir bienes de vendedor a comprador, a modo de recibo. Creo que la diferencia entre BILL OF SALE y SALES CONTRACT está en si esta protocolizado o no. El documento de compraventa de una propiedad debidamente procolizado ante notario se llama SALES CONTRACT. El siguiente paso es el Registro de propiedad , convirtiendose en PUBLIC DEED.
