I don't know what this stands for. This patient had an osteotomy, and is now having an x-ray of the right forefoot (avant-pied droit).

Notation fpr follow control // 6 weeks post-operatively. Review in 12 month for AMOS

What AMOS is for an abbreviation I do not know as MD - it might be a new apparatus or method of diagnosis - and I did not find anything about it on Internet (Google). Perhaps ask my radiologist friend in Lüdenscheid/Germany Carl Heller MD <praxis.heller@t-online.de>,
