The tricky part of this is the idiomatic expression "Ihren informationionen entnehme ich" -- the literal translation is "I take it that..." or in German "ich halte es mich an". This is NOT "I deduce" -- it is a slang term for "I take it from the information you provided that you live in Germany" If you use "deduce" you are missing the context of the original sentence completely. The German in your original posting is "from your information, I take it...", but a good translation in French requires the subtle meaning of "I take it that..." to be translated as "je m'en tiens a...." Much more casual than Deduce...
