The word appears also in Internet.
In Petit Littré dictionnary of French year 1959 there is no word like this to be found.
The right "French" variant "lingligne" can be found in modern, trivial German-French-German hand dictionary edited by ww.lingen-koeln.de as "schmal, hoch gewachsen", i.e. a tall but slim person. The "longiline" - a manierist variation - is a re-latinized version of French "longligne".
Of course that is long is also in a line.
