Brenda Galvan (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

Spanish > English

Subject:

Law / Certificates

Level of diffculty:

Difficult / demanding

Word or term in question:

"en orden correlativo, de la misma serie"

Context:

"Y a instancia de XXXXX, la libro en siete folios de papel de uso exclusivamente notarial

Keywords:

, el presente y los seis siguientes en orden correlativo, de la misma serie, dejando nota en su original"... For the chunk ''en orden correlativo, de la misma serie" I'd use "in ascending order, within the same series" but I don't know if I'm on the right path, so please correct me if that part just doesn't click. Well, this is my trial for the phrase and context together: “At the request of XXXXX, I issue the present document on seven sheets of exclusive paper for notarial documents: this one and the six following ones in ascending order, within the same series and where a note of this copy is made”. What do you think?

...in sequential order of the same series...

My comment:

Todo el parrafo debe ser:
“Upon request of XXXXX, I hereby issue this document on seven sheets of stationery for notary documents: this one and the following six in sequential order of the same series, and annotating its original".
