Context:

This is a medical report of someone with breast cancer and who has undergone treatment and regular examinations. Prior to the the term, there is: On individualise ce jour 5 foyers hypermetaboliques des deux lobes du foie, then the measurements when compared to previous readings, then at the end-1,2 cm3 pour une lésion sous capsulaire du lobe droit à la limite entre les segments X et Y. Thank you for suggestions

Keywords:

I put that one can now make out 5 foci of hypermetabolism in the hepatitis in the two liver lobes

The answer of Charles Ferguson  See profile was rated best

"a 1-2 cm cubed subcapsular lesion in the right lobe, at the junction of segments X an Y"

My comment:

Don't say "5 foci of hypermetabolism in the HEPATITITS..." Hepatitis means inflammation of the liver. The proper word you are probably looking for is just "liver".
