[here] the visited OR visitee

My comment:

acc. to your "context":

ad opposite of visitor : the visited, visitee

ad visitee = a person who is visited

ad host = one who receives guests socially or as a business (as response to an invitation) with the antonym "guest"
cf Webster's Encl. Dict.
