Le texte ne semble pas avoir été écrit par un Français pour plusieurs raisons:
1) le mot personne (féminin) est repris par "visité" et par "il".
1) visiter une personne est un anglicisme. Rendre visite à quelqu'un est l'expression correcte. Et visitée par le visiteur est un pléonasme.
3) Vous voulez que l'on traduise "accueillant" alors qu'il ne figure pas dans le passage cité.

ad opposite of visitor : the visited, visitee

Souvent cela est le cas dans les Hôpitaux suite au Covid19, pour limiter le nombre de visiteures..... Often this is the case in Hospitals following Covid19, to limit the number of visitors
