restless

My comment:

restless is the result of a disrupted sleep, and the sleep can be disrupted for different reasons but in the end what counts is the result, you have a "RESTLESS" sleep.

Restless

My comment:

I would say restless because "agitado" for me it is short of a nightmare. You DO sleep but you don't rest and that what "agitado" means for me here, in this context.

Restless sleep

My comment:

Having a disrupted sleep involves waking up. In this case, I would say "restless" is the right choice.
