Couper les tiges des grappes de raisin à la main. On dit en français récolte à la main.

Les vendanges se font manuellement ou par machine. Les tiges des grappes coupées à la main avec un sécateur permet de ne pas abimer les grappes de raisin ; mais la récolte est plus longue. Voir photo dans l'URL en référence
